Moving With Soul
Nia - MORE THAN JUST A MOVEMENT PRACTICE
Welcome to Nia with Amanda
Are you looking for a holistic well-being practice? If so, then you are in the right place.
Nia is a unique movement practice that fuses the dance, martial and healing arts together to create a transformational experience that for me: continues to strengthen and condition my body, calm my nervous system, and ignite my playful spirit.
Initially it was the medicine I needed. After receiving so many benefits I felt called to share what I love with others.
I delight in sharing Nia classes both indoors, outdoors, and via Zoom and I would feel so honored if you popped into a class to see if it may be for you too.

More About Nia
"I was first introduced to Nia in 2025 at the Florey Fair,
and from that very first experience I knew I had
discovered something unique and special.
Under the guidance of Amanda, my appreciation for Nia has continued to deepen.
Amanda is an exceptional teacher — kind, compassionate, and always clear in her instruction. She creates a welcoming, supportive environment where every participant feels encouraged to move in a way that suits their body.
Nia has brought immense joy into my life. After each class I feel refreshed, vitalised, and aware that I have enjoyed a truly nourishing full-body workout. The practice strengthens, energises, and uplifts me in equal measure.
I now engage with Nia classes at least three times a week and genuinely believe I have found a lifelong practice — one that enhances my wellbeing in body, brain, and soul."

Amanda, what a gift to see you, dance with you and be with your beautiful energy on our Sunday evening. Interesting what you say about your energy the rest of the day. I noticed that I was much happier in the evening after your class. I felt lighter and moved right through the things I needed to do. Truly, your smile and energy were so beautiful and uplifting.
